Processing Time

  • All merchandise orders require up to 5 business days for processing before dispatch.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

  • Standard UK delivery takes approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5 days processing + 3–4 days shipping (approx. 8–9 business days).

  • We currently ship to [UK only / list countries if international]. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied:

  • You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned unworn/unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Used, worn, or damaged items (not due to our fault) cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item (e.g., different size), please email us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
